We manage your contract administration requirements, controlling contracts between the contractor as well as other important stakeholders.

We cover party wall awards, licenses for alterations, contractor tendering, planning permissions, complex scheduling agreements, terms and conditions for onsite work control and tracking and, action driven meeting minutes.

Project Management

We ensure quality with site visits at every stage of the construction, identifying potential construction issues before they become problems. We indicate solutions and help mitigate time, cost and quality implications.

We work with external stakeholders for example building or finance services to release funds. We work with your organisation to ensure fairness and provide the technical knowledge to negotiate directly with a supplier.
